Triumph Viaggi and Incentive Srl have reserved rooms in different hotel categories both in the Conference Venue area and in other areas of the city at special congress rates.

An early hotel reservation is recommended in order to optimize your accommodation arrangements. Hotel room reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until 29 July 2009. After this date every effort will be made to satisfy your request but room availability cannot be guaranteed.

The HOTEL RESERVATION FORM needs to be sent to Triumph Viaggi e Incentive S.r.l. who will research the availability, will withdraw only the agency fee and will send you the HOTEL CONFIRMATION FORM which needs to be presented at the hotel reception desk during the check in.
